Portfoyo ("we," "our," or "us") operates a manual portfolio tracking application. This policy describes how we handle your data with a strict focus on privacy and data minimization.

1. Information We Collect

We adhere to the principle of Data Minimization. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or password.

• Anonymous Identity: When you install the app, we generate a random unique identifier (UUID) internally. This ID is used to sync your data but is not visible to you.
• Financial Data: We store the investment transaction data (asset names, prices, quantities, dates) that you manually enter on our secure cloud servers. This data is associated only with your internal Anonymous ID.

2. No Connection to Private Banking APIs

We do not connect to your private banking APIs or brokerage accounts. We do not have access to your actual bank statements or credentials. All financial data in the app is user-generated.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate and display portfolio analytics (e.g., Net Worth, Asset Allocation).
• To sync your manual entries securely across your devices.
• To validate your Premium subscription status via RevenueCat using your Anonymous ID.

4. Third-Party Services

We share minimal data with trusted partners solely for app functionality:

A. Infrastructure & Analytics

• RevenueCat: Processes subscription receipts. We send your anonymous User ID to link your purchase to your app instance. Read Policy.
• Expo: Provides the underlying app infrastructure. Read Policy.

B. Exchange Rate Providers

We query public APIs (Binance, CoinGecko, Frankfurter) to retrieve conversion rates (e.g., USD to TRY, BTC to USD). Note: We do NOT share your portfolio details, transaction history, or User ID with these providers. They receive only aggregate queries (e.g., "What is the current exchange rate for Bitcoin?").

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as the app is installed on your device. You have the right to delete your data at any time:

• Explicit Deletion: Go to Profile > Delete Account within the app. This action permanently wipes your Anonymous ID and all associated transaction data from our servers immediately. This cannot be undone.

6. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Since we do not collect personal identifiers like emails or passwords, there are no traditional credentials to be stolen.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be maintained on computers located outside of your jurisdiction (e.g., cloud servers in Europe or the US). By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
